UPDATE 30.12.11

Some 90% of the container cargo has been secured and released to port agents at destination.

The vessel is at Tuzla undergoing permanent repairs.

UPDATE 29.11.11

LOF has not yet been terminated.  The vessel remains at Syros Island under the care of Salvors, awaiting local authority permission to depart for Izmir.

We would stress that no container will be transhipped until we are in possession of full security documentation and in this respect, if you have cargo on board, please contact us (details below) by email advising:-

a). Bill of lading number;
b). Container number(s) and
c). Detail of insurers (if cargo insured)
and we shall respond accordingly.
